Talking to 11-18s about sex and puberty from a Christian perspective
As our children get older, we know the importance of maintaining open, healthy dialogue about their changing bodies and, eventually, the role of sex in a committed relationship. How do we educate our children healthily, medically and Biblically?
For an episode of the Parenting for Faith podcast, Lucy spoke to Sheila Wray Gregoire, international speaker, author and founder of the Bare Marriage website (formerly To Love, Honor and Vacuum) and host of the Bare Marriage podcast.
Sheila shared how we can authentically guide our children towards a healthy approach to puberty, sex and relationships, whilst both staying faithful to the Bible and avoiding some of the mistakes the church has made historically in this area.
